Composite Fire Stop / Flat Strap Backer for use to protect Architectural design reveals (optional channel reveal over gap) for up to 2 hr rated assemblies. Minimum G40 coating. Profiles comply with ASTM C645 and provide a metal profile with intumescent material that is installed behind joints in wall sheathing where reveal moulding (Aluminium or Vinyl) is installed. Metal strap is used as a support for drywall and reveals attachment - Horizontal and Vertical.
