ROCKWOOL Smartrock® is a stone wool insulation board with an integrated, humidity-dependent vapor retarder for continuous insulation on the interior of concrete and masonry wall assemblies.
Smartrock continues ROCKWOOL’s tradition of intelligent advancement, providing the ideal combination of control and protection in a single high-performance insulation product. As a result, Smartrock offers:
- INTELLO® PLUS by Pro Clima – integrated smart vapor retarder allows Smartrock to adapt to changing humidity conditions and ensure long-lasting performance
- Integrated membrane – provides an airtight layer when installed with proper sealing of insulation joints, fasteners, and other penetrations
- Class A fire-rating – in accordance with ASTM E84 and designated as non-combustible in accordance with IBC 703.3.1
